Self Confidence

jeremy eveland self confidence

Self confidence is the hinge upon which turns the gate of individual achievement. – Brian Tracy

Think about that … SELF CONFIDENCE.

Do you believe in yourself?

Do you believe you can do it?

Yes, Henry Ford was right when he said – whether you think you can or you can’t, you’re right.

And so it is.

If you can muster the self confidence, you can do it.

I know you can because I’ve done it myself in my life.

And you can do it to.

Believe in yourself and watch the world move.

You can achieve that which you seek.

Focus and concentrate on it.

Etch out a plan.

Take action.

It’s all heart.

It’s all you.

Go for it and see what happens.

What do you have to lose?

Nothing.

Great Confidence

With greater confidence in yourself and your abilities, you will set bigger goals and make bigger plans and commit yourself to achieving objectives that today you only dream about. – Brian Tracy

What are you doing to achieve success?

What are your goals?

How are you doing so far this year?

January is over and we’re in February now.

Have you made any progress?

If you have made progress how do you know?

How do you know if you are achieving your goals?

What is your next step? Be honest with yourself.

Success takes massive action. What action are you taking now?

Schedule your plan.

Put it on your calendar.

And then move toward it.

Get it done.

Go. Do. Something.

Goals

When you set a goal, you program it into your subconscious; then the subconscious takes on a power of its own and starts moving you rapidly toward its goal. – Brian Tracy

Do you have goals?

What is it you want?

How do you get what you want?

Have you repeated over and over and over again inside your mind what it is that you want?

Have you “programmed” your subconsicous mind?

Are you moving towards what it is that you want?

How’s it going?

If you haven’t moved forward – now is the time.

Take action now!

Go do it!

Making Changes

What you learn and understand, you remember.

– Wyatt Woodsmall

How do you learn best? Do you learn best by doing something?

Do you engage all of your senses in what you are doing?

Do you see it, smell it, taste it, touch it, and feel it?

Is there a “sixth sense”?

If so, what is it? If it is there, how do you tap into it?

Is it necessary to learn something?

How do you go about understanding something?

Do you have to repeat things several times to understand them?

Is the quote above correct? If you learn and understand will you remember it?

Does this change anything in your life?

Is there something to apply here?

What is it you need to apply? How fast can you do it?

Who Do You Work For?

The biggest mistake we could ever make in our lives is to think we work for anybody but ourselves. – Brian Tracy

Do you go to work?

Are you employed by a big corporation?

Or do you work for yourself?

Might I suggest that you should always work for yourself.

Why?

Because you are in charge of you.

You should be developing yourself, your skills and your abilities.

Everything that you do should be, in some degree, to make yourself, or the world, better.

Improvement.

Isn’t that the aim?

Does rest and relaxation help you improve?

Does working your hardest help you improve?

What should you be doing right now? Right here?

Go – do that – now.

Becoming Great

Great men and women are those who absolutely believe that hey are put on earth to do something wonderful with their lives.

– Brian Tracy

Have you taken the time to decide who you are?

Who are you really?

Are you the person your parents wanted you to be or are you the person you want to be?

Who decides what you will do?

Who decides where you will go?

Is there, anyone other than you, that controls you?

You are in charge of you.

You decide what you will do with your life.

You decide whether you are going to be great or whether you are going to fail.

By your action.

By your own decisions.

You get to decide, regardless of everything else around you, who you will be.

It starts with a decision.

It starts with you deciding who you want to be.

Once the decision is made, then you must take action to accomplish it.

If you want to lose 10 pounds and you’ve made that decision, get to work.

If you want to be a millionaire and you’ve made that decision, get to work.

Whatever it is you can do it, the question is whether you really do want it or not.

And that, my friend, will be determined by what you do.

Resilience

Go to bed early and get a good night’s sleep so you feel great in the morning and have resilience.

– Brian Tracy

What is resilience?

Is it toughness?

Is it the ability to bounce back?

Is it you ability to overcome difficulties in life?

Will you have difficulties in your life?

Will friends abandon you?

Will you lose in business or employment?

Will you not fail at something at some point in your life?

How important will it be for you to bounce back?

How quickly will you be able to do it?

Will you choose to do it now?

The longer you hang on to the baggage the more difficult it will be.

So bounce back now.

Snow, Lots of Snow…

snow day

I woke up this morning to snow.

Lots of snow.

I had the though cross my mind – I should go back to sleep. I don’t need to get on the treadmill and exercise. Then the though appeared in my mind – LAZY – and it occurred to me that I wanted to be anything but lazy.

So, even though it was a snow day. Even though I had the thought to get back in the warm bed and go back to sleep.

I put off that foolish notion and I got out of bed and hit the treadmill.

I’m glad I did.
